Refund Policy

• Need a different size? Contact us; we'll email you a return address and you can ship your item back to us. Once we receive your item, we'll process an exchange for you. Since we provide a size chart image on every product page, you'll need to pay the shipping fee for the return. 
• Personalized or customized items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• In the rare instance of a defective print or material, please take a photo of it next to the package it arrived in within 1 day of receipt, and then contact us. We'll process and exchange the item at no additional cost to you. (Note: The photo is required, not optional.)
• Each item made upon order and fully described, which is why we only accept size exchanges and not refunds. Thank you!
