Official Rules, Terms & Conditions

Only US citizens age 18 years and older are eligible for our giveaways at this time.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
As long as you’re subscribed to our email list, you’re automatically entered for every instance of our Weekly T-Shirt Giveaway and other giveaways.
If you ever unsubscribe, you will no longer be entered in any giveaways.
You can resubscribe at any time.
If you’re not sure if you’re on our email list, go ahead and subscribe. As long as you enter the same email address as before, our systems won’t send duplicate emails.
If you’re subscribed to our email list and would like to opt out of entry into our Giveaways, contact us.

Weekly T-Shirt Giveaway Details:

The Weekly T-Shirt Giveaway Drawing will occur every Monday morning at 9am Pacific Time.
The Potential Winner will be contacted via the email address they provided when joining our email list and asked to sign the "Declaration of Compliance and Release" as required by law.
Prize: After we receive the signed "Declaration of Compliance and Release", the winner becomes the "Official Winner."
The Official Winner will receive another email to select the Stellar Bear adult size t-shirt (round-neck, short sleeve) of their choice valued at $18.95 or less. Any available color and adult size can be chosen.
In the email, the winner will also have to specify their email address, which must match the email address used with their email sign-up.
Shipping Cost: The winner must provide their shipping address within the US & Territories.
The winner should receive their t-shirt at the shipping address they entered upon checkout within 3 weeks.
If the winner does not respond to our emails and instructions within one week (by Monday 9am the following week their name was drawn), the prize is forfeited.

Eligibility: The Stellar Bear Clothing Company Weekly T-Shirt Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and US Territories who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, and who have joined the Stellar Bear email list at stellarbear.co. Employees of Stellar Bear Clothing Company and other companies sponsoring the promotion of the Giveaway (Sweepstakes), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Giveaway (Sweepstakes) is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor: The Giveaway (Sweepstakes) is sponsored by Stellar Bear Clothing & Goods at stellarbear.co located in the state of California.

Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Giveaway (Sweepstakes) constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.

Giveaway (Sweepstakes) Period: The Giveaway (Sweepstakes) begins at 9:01 AM Pacific Time every Monday and ends at 8:59 AM Pacific Time the following Monday. Entries consist of joining the stellarbear.co email list one time and until the entrant chooses to Unsubscribe from the stellarbear.co email list. Entries (joining the Stellar Bear Clothing Company email list) submitted after each term period will be disqualified for that term. The only form of subscribing to Stellar Bear Clothing Company and thus being on the Stellar Bear Clothing Company email list is online at stellarbear.co.

How to Enter: Online, subscribe to the Stellar Bear Clothing Company email list on our website http://stellarbear.co by providing your email address and then confirming your subscription in your Inbox. The entry rolls over each consecutive term until the entrant Unsubscribes from the Stellar Bear Clothing Company mailing list. There is a limit of 1 entry per person for the duration of each Giveaway (Sweepstakes) period.

Prize Drawing: Every Monday at 9:00 AM Pacific Time, the Sponsor will select a potential winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries (subscribers). The Sponsor will attempt to notify the Potential Winner via email only on or within 1 business day after the term has ended. The Potential Winner(s) must complete the “Release and Declaration of Compliance” form in order to collect the prize. If the potential winner does not respond via email and sign the “Release and Declaration of Compliance” form within 3 calendar days to confirm their win, the Sponsor will forfeit the prize.

Winner Notification: The Potential Winner will be notified via email only (the same email he/she provided when they joined the Stellar Bear Clothing Company email list). Each Potential Winner will be required to complete and electronically sign an online Release and Declaration of Compliance, including a United States physical address for the prize to be sent if a physical prize, or an email address for an Electronic Gift Card prize to be sent within five (3) days of the date the notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted or fails to submit the online “Release and Declaration of Compliance” form or follow the instructions to select their prize using a single-use code within the required time period, the Potential Winner forfeits the prize. Potential Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, the Sponsor will forfeit the prize. Prizes will be fulfilled (shipped or emailed) approximately 3 business days after the receipt of the Final Winner’s selection of their prize via email.

Prizes: Each term’s prize is explained on the Stellar Bear Clothing Company website at stellarbear.co/pages/giveaway.

General conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, bug, worm, unauthorized human intervention or other technical problem, or in the event the Giveaway (Sweepstakes) is unable to run as planned for any other reason, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Giveaway (Sweepstakes) to address the impairment and then resume the Giveaway (Sweepstakes) in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules or (b) terminate the Giveaway (Sweepstakes) and, in the event of termination, award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify an individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process of the operation of the Giveaway (Sweepstakes) or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway (Sweepstakes) may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney’s fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway (Sweepstakes), entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway (Sweepstakes) or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, including lost, interrupted or unavailable Internet Service Provider (ISP), network, server, wireless service provider, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone, cellular tower or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure of jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Giveaway (Sweepstakes); (c) mechanical network, electronic, computer, human, printing or typographical errors; (d) application downloads, (e) any other errors or problems in connection with the Giveaway (Sweepstakes), including, without limitation, errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway (Sweepstakes), the announcement of the winner, the cancellation or postponement of the event if applicable, the incorrect downloading of the application, the processing of entries application downloads or in any Giveaway (Sweepstakes)-related materials, or (f) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, receipt or misuse of the prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties, liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Giveaway (Sweepstakes), and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Release parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway (Sweepstakes). Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Disputes: Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Giveaway (Sweepstakes) or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in California. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrants' rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Giveaway (Sweepstakes), shall be governed by, and constructed in accordance with the laws of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California.

Privacy: Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy. Stellar Bear Clothing Company respects entrants’ privacy and does not share information with any third party without their permission.
